Total Cleanse will allow Refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind. All Refund requests need to be made in writing to our contact form within 7 days of receiving the purchased products. You will be given instructions for returning the product and receiving a refund or replacement. You must return the product in its original packing material and it must be in its original unopened condition. It will be up to the consumers responsibility to ensure the products are shipped back to the return address undamaged.
Total Cleanse will only refund the cost of the product and not the shipping. Return shipping costs will be the buyers responsibility.
When we receive the product and the conditions of the returns policy have been met, you will receive a full refund or a replacement (at our cost). Refunds will be applied to the account you paid us from.
If we find that the conditions of the returns policy have not been met (for example, if the product is not defective, product packaging is not in sellable condition) no refund or replacement will be provided and we will return the product to you.
In the event that Total Cleanse cannot ship your item, you will be notified by email and any amount charged to your credit card will be refunded immediately.
